S. Torpe white wine is made
from one of the two vineyards of La Mandriola in the Pisan
hills, surrounding the country
homes. There are around 1200 olive trees that
are used here to make extra-virgin olive
oil that can be tasted in the
guest rooms of La Mandriola, along with the other products
of the farm including wine, honey,
and jam.
There is also 100 hectars of forest and mediterranean bush,
rich in spontaneous flora and wild fauna in proximity to
the Medieval Rocca of Pietracassia.
